Hi! I'm Sam and live in Nashville, TN. I am a Certified Nutrition Coach and have been in the health industry for 10 years. I have a passion for running, strength training and participating in marathons and triathlons.

Believe it or not, I was not always athletic. I grew up in the arts where I sang and danced. The idea of going to a gym or playing a sport was SO intimidating to me. It wasn't until after college when I decided to join a gym and prioritize my health. From there it took off and I became addicted to moving my body and finding new ways to challenge myself.
In 2017, I started running and completed my first half marathon that next spring. Since then I have completed two half marathons and one full marathon. I created my own hybrid approach programs for these races and through this found a passion for coaching others in the same area.
The more I took care of my body, the more I learned how important it is to prioritize nutrition and the foods we put in our body. In 2023, I went to nutrition school where I earned my nutrition certification.
When I am not working, I am with my two boys either playing outside with our dog or cooking yummy treats in the kitchen. They love being the taste testers for my new recipes and I can always count on them for an honest review!
