1:1 Programs come in either 8 or 12-Week Packages. All based on clients needs and goals.
In our final session, I will provide you with a maintenance plan to help set you up for success as you maintain the progress you made during our program.
I will provide resources to further educate and guide you in our program. Resources include fridge, freezer & pantry clean out, grocery guide, macro guide, access to me when needed, plus more!
Once a week we will connect for a 30 minute coaching session to celebrate wins, identify areas of opportunity, tweak the plan if needed and answer any questions you may have.
Depending on the program you choose, I will create a custom plan to help you achieve your desired results. This plan will include meal specifics every week and a structured workout program customized!
Whether you go nutrition only or nutrition & fitness coaching, the questionnaire will help me get to know you more! It will offer me insight around your goals and how I can create the best customized program for you.
Once your application is approved we will connect for a 30 minute consultation call where we will run through the program and your goals.
